CLI adapter for the Miren PaaS (app-template#36). Pipeline-scaffolded adapter, 4 platforms hosted on the R2 registry, sha-pinned; publisher pin ed25519:uOzIK15+q/Iy67FASGoOEPg53vZo285/szq9v7PuksU=. Catalogue re-signed. metadata.json carries the long (appstore view) description; short shows in list.
The bundles must be built with the native-cli-artifacts pipeline (install.json + StageAssets) so the adapter fetches+stages the miren CLI at install. Re-pin the 4 per-platform bundle shas to the corrected bundles; re-sign. Publisher pin unchanged (same key).
